HOURS OF OPERATION:
The Gables operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Walk-in tours are
welcome 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day. Other times are available
by appointment.

at Winchester is a rental assisted living
community, nestled in a scenic conservation
setting. Our spacious apartments include full
eat-in kitchens, luxurious living rooms, and
beautiful bedrooms. Assisted living services
are available throughout the community 24/7
and are tailored to each resident’s needs.
Built 22 years ago, The Gables at Winchester
recently finished extensive renovations,
including the addition of a state-of-the-art
theater, a bistro for casual dining, an activities
room that opens to an outside patio, and a
library overlooking the Boston skyline. A
wellness/rehabilitation area for residents
includes an exercise room and a separate out-
patient clinic.

Galápagos Direct is a First Class tour operation
specializing in Ecuador and the unique Galápagos
Islands—Darwin’s “Enchanted Isles”. My
husband introduced me to Ecuador many years
ago, as he grew up in the lovely, 15th century
capital of Quito. This beautiful Andean country
is exquisite, safe, and her citizens the sunniest
people you will ever meet. I speak Spanish, travel
there often, inspect the ships and hotels in which I
book clients, and custom design all travel. I do not
sell “packages” which results in savings for you.
Custom planning means that together, we
design exactly the trip you envision. Mainland
travel can include hiking, biking, hacienda stays,
and more! Enjoy the islands staying at a local
hotel and making day trips, including day cruises,
OR cruise the islands for four to 15 days on a
lovely motor yacht, sailing vessel, catamaran, or
expedition ship. Ships may carry as few as 12 or
a maximum of 100 passengers.
