HOURS OF OPERATION:

By Appointment. Free Consultations.

Savvy clients no longer want different firms

to piece-meal their legal matters. Fluctuating

markets and uncertain times demand a more

feasible alternative to divided representation.

Ahead of the curve, the Law Offices of Richard

Mucci is a full-service law firm for residents

and businesses of Winchester and the

surrounding areas.

Founder Richard Mucci is a seasoned

litigator who understands all facets of civil

litigation and criminal defense. Knowing

that clients, like patients, rarely have just

one issue, he is able to move seamlessly

among diverse practice areas, from family

law, business litigation, and employment

law, to construction cases, real estate law,

and personal injury cases. Having extensive

experience in contract disputes, Attorney

Mucci has prevailed before judges and juries.

As a former court supervisor and Assistant

District Attorney in Middlesex County, he is

also skilled in criminal defense.

Attorney Mucci has the skill and experience

of a big Boston lawyer at suburban prices.

Local Hero Tech Support ~ David Fonseca

52 Myrtle Terrace

Winchester, MA 01890

781-729-8800

Dave@LocalHeroTechSupport.com www.LocalHeroTechSupport.com

HOURS OF OPERATION:

On-site and off-site consultation by appointment.

Please call day or night; I try to be available by

phone 8:00 am to 10:00 pm weekdays, 9:00 am

to 5:00 pm Saturday, and 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Sunday. No tech emergency too small.

David Fonseca has been crazy about

computers since discovering the computer lab

at his rural high school in Vermont. He started

programming then, and kept at it through

college and during a long corporate career.

After the Internet hi-tech business bubble

burst in 2001, David re-invented himself

and started a new career in computers: tech

support for local small business and home

users. In reality, this new business found

him, as he had 40 customers before picking a

company name and printing business cards.

He chose Local Hero for his company name

because it’s funny, and captures his business

aspirations: it is local, and personal. Dave

enjoys being a “Hero” (hah!) to his customers,

for solving even their smallest annoyances.

He enjoys camping trips with his wife and

two sons. He is active in their church and

other community institutions, such as Rotary.

If Mission of Deeds picks up your donation on

a Wednesday morning, chances are David will

be driving the truck.

Whether you have Windows or Mac—from

virus removal and hard disk data recovery to

advice on what to buy and installation of new

equipment and software—let Dave come and

help you.
