Spectacular-Spaces is a full service design firm
owned by lifelong Winchester resident Ellen Fador.
Offering a full suite of Design and Home Staging
Services, we work with homeowners, real estate
agents, architects, builders, and developers on
residential and commercial projects.
For our Design clients who want to improve the
quality of their living space, our Design Service is
a great solution. Great design should be beautiful,
long-lasting, and affordable. We are skilled in
developing creative solutions and innovative ideas;
no project is too large or too small. We incorporate
the clients’ individuality into every project. Regardless
of the size or budget of the project, we offer a wide
range of affordable design services to accommodate
the desires of our clients. Every project is a reflection
of our clients’ ideas and requirements.
For our Staging clients our goal is to sell their
properties as quickly as possible for the highest
price. Through a process called Home Staging, we
assess properties and make changes that highlight
their unique selling features. We “Set the Stage” for
prospective home buyers to visualize themselves in
the seller’s home, helping our clients achieve faster
property sales at higher prices. Ninety-five percent
of the properties we stage receive offers within the
first 30 days.

Soluna Garden Farm is a one-acre farm in
Winchester that specializes in sustainably grown
herbs and flowers. Soluna grows all its fresh
herbs and flowers using no chemical fertilizers,
preservatives, or pesticides.
Soluna Garden Farm also makes its own line of
hand-blended herb and spice blends and herbal
teas from individual certified organic ingredients
purchased from organic suppliers whose policies
and practices support organic farming and
environmental sustainability.
Soluna Herb, Spice, and Tea Emporium, located
at 600 Main Street, in Winchester, Mass., is the
storefront location of Soluna Garden Farm, carrying
a full selection of certified organic culinary and
medicinal herbs, spices, sea salts, and loose leaf
teas, in addition to the fresh herbs and cut flowers
grown on our farm. Fresh flowers and herbs are
available as CSA shares or for individual purchase.
Come in to the store at 600 Main Street for a cup
of hot tea (chose from any one of the 80+ teas we
carry) or iced tea (two featured iced teas each day),
and to learn about the wonderful world of herbs,
spices, and tea.
